Please note all rates are quoted in ZAR (Rands) and are subject to change.
In the event that a booking is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply:

Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted room rate for the originally-booked dates (up to a maximum of 3 days in addition to the number of days the guest has already stayed).*Please note that in the event a guest does not arrive on the stated date, or if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date: the full value of the total booking will be due (up to a maximum of three days).
Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of Welbeloond Owners and are dependent on the ability to re-let the cottages.
For the convenience of incoming guests, we require Cottages to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Later departure times may, however, be possible on request. Earliest arrival time is 2.00pm (except by prior arrangement). Please telephone us if you anticipate arriving after 6.00pm.
